Resident Referral Program

Quality Management Ltd. is pleased to announce our new Resident Referral Program for all our current tenants.

The way it works

  • If you are a current tenant, download the Resident Referral form from our website or stop by your Building Managers office to pick one up.
  • Once your friend or family member has viewed and is ready to apply for a suite, they must submit the form with their application and security deposit
  • If your friends or family members application is approved and have lived there for one calendar month, your will receive a $300 credit to your account!!

 

Note

  • In order to receive the Referral Bonus, your account must be in good standing (rent paid up to date at the time of application)
  • This offer is only valid for each 1year lease sign and is not valid for sublets or assignments.
  • Previous referrals will not be accepted.

Coronavirus and Suite Maintenance

 

NOTICE TO TENANTS

 

Re: Suite Maintenance

 

As you are aware, Manitoba has it’s first presumptive case of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Going forward, anyone reporting a maintenance issue will be asked if they or anyone in their suite have experienced any flu like symptoms in the last 2 weeks. These could include fever, cough, shortness of breath or pneumonia in both lungs according to the Government of Canada website. If you have and the maintenance request is not of urgent matter, Maintenance will schedule the repairs once symptoms have passed. Urgent matters will be addressed but this will allow staff to properly protect themselves and to help reduce the chances of any illness being spread.

 

The Government of Canada recommends the following to help mitigate the spread of the illness

-frequent washing of hands with soap and water for 15-20 seconds

-cleaning hands with hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol

-avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands

-cover coughs/sneezes

-cleaning of frequently touched areas in your home ie. Toilets, tables, light    switches, door handles
