Quality Management Ltd. is pleased to announce our new Resident Referral Program for all our current tenants.
The way it works
- If you are a current tenant, download the Resident Referral form from our website or stop by your Building Managers office to pick one up.
- Once your friend or family member has viewed and is ready to apply for a suite, they must submit the form with their application and security deposit
- If your friends or family members application is approved and have lived there for one calendar month, your will receive a $300 credit to your account!!
Note
- In order to receive the Referral Bonus, your account must be in good standing (rent paid up to date at the time of application)
- This offer is only valid for each 1year lease sign and is not valid for sublets or assignments.
- Previous referrals will not be accepted.
